While the location is central, the noise from nearby streets sometimes made it hard to unwind.

I really liked the location. it's perfectly situated to walk to all the popular sights. The staff was attentive, always ready to assist with any questions I had. The room felt comfortable, especially the bedding which was cozy. However, I noticed the rooms were quite outdated. The bathroom cleanliness could have been better, and I found dust in some corners. The decor felt worn and in need of a refresh. I had a few interactions with reception, and while some staff were friendly, others seemed a bit distant. I expected more for a five-star hotel, especially given the price point. A more proactive approach from the front desk would enhance the overall experience. Room service was okay, but the quality could be improved since I had a couple of delays with my orders which were a bit annoying. It's a good hotel, but it definitely needs some updates to match the five-star rating.
